This simple recipe for Jamaican jerk seasoning has many ingredients but is so easy to make – just mix the spices together and it is ready to season any grilled meat, fish, or as a key seasoning in Rasta Pasta.

This recipe makes enough for 16 tablespoons. This mix can be kept in an airtight box for up to 3 months before the flavour will start to fade.
